SHOP INFORMATION
Payment Options
We offer secure payments via PayPal, Square and Afterpay. So whether you'd like to pay straight away or prefer to Buy Now and Pay Later, we have you covered!
CARD PAYMENTS:
We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards including Mastercard, Visa and Amex. To pay by card, please choose either PayPal or Square at checkout and follow the prompts.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
1. Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
2. You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
2. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Alternatively, you can checkout using PayPal without an account.
4. You will then be returned to our Website (you may be asked to confirm your order and payment one last time) and your order and payment will be complete!
SQUARE PAYMENTS:
1. Select Square as your payment method at checkout.
2. Enter the Debit/Credit card details you wish to use for the transaction in the secure form.
3. You will not be redirected to the Square website as everything is processed right there in the checkout.
Simply confirm and your order and payment will be complete!
BUY NOW, PAY LATER:
We are happy to offer Afterpay as a Buy Now, Pay Later option. Use of these services requires a customer account which can be signed up for through Afterpay's official Website. To use Afterpay, simply choose this option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 instalments, paid every 2 weeks. The first payment may be due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping with all of our parcels sent through Australia Post. Shipping costs are charged as a flat-rate per order and will automatically be applied and displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Standard Shipping = $5.00
Express Shipping = $10.00
Most of our products are “Made to Order” (especially if personalised) and require 1-2 days to create and manufacture. All orders are therefore shipped within 1-2 business days with any orders placed on Friday or Saturday being posted on Monday, and any orders placed on Sunday being posted on Monday or Tuesday (depending on order volume and the time the order was placed).
While most of our parcels arrive very quickly (usually within a couple of days), it is always possible there may be delays due to location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Post to receive your order.
Our business is run entirely in Australia with all of our products created, manufactured and shipped from Ipswich, Queensland. We currently deliver within Australia only.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned so, in the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Our customers are important to us so if something goes wrong, our priority is to fix it!
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase and you will receive either a Replacement or Refund, depending on your preference. Please note that Gift Cards are non-refundable and we do not accept returns or refunds for any “change of mind” purchases.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
If you are needing to return your purchase, please contact us by Email and include your Name, Order Number, and reason for requesting a Replacement or Refund. We also ask that you please attach photos of any damages or faults you are advising us of so we can properly assess the situation.
Once you have notified us with the relevant details, we will email you a Prepaid Return Post Label. Simply repackage the item you’re returning and take it to any Post Office within 30 days of purchase. Because the return postage will be be paid by us, you will be compensated (either by Replacement or Refund) minus the fees paid for postage.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned order and have processed your Replacement or Refund. For replacements, we will package your new item and have it posted within one business day and for money refunds, you will receive compensation within 5 business days to the original payment method you used on our Website for your purchase.

HOW TO REDEEM:
1. Add your chosen products to cart.
2. Type code “TAKE10” into the coupon field near the orders subtotal.
3. Your 10% discount will be automatically calculated and subtracted from your order subtotal and will display your new balance.
4. Complete the checkout process and enjoy your discounted products!
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Art Verses
All of our designs are created in high resolution and professionally printed on high quality gloss paper to ensure colours are vivid and will standout.
Our designs come professionally presented in a Black-Linen Photo Folder (envelope also included) ready to gift. While we don’t provide a framing service, all of our designs are frame ready for those who would like to do so.
Personalisation is available on many of our designs so please be sure to check and fill out all available options when choosing a product. The answers you provide are what will be displayed on the final product so please double check the spelling and details you give before checking out.
Product images throughout our website are covered with a Copyright Watermark for previewing purposes but all Copyright Watermarks will be removed from the final purchased product.
Design print size is 8” x 10” (approx 20cm x 25cm) and you can find detailed, product specific information within the individual descriptions of each product.
Digital Products & Downloads
As well as physical products, we also offer a number of digital items that can be purchased and downloaded, including FREE downloads. Downloadable items (free or otherwise) are for Personal Use only and may not be used for any Commercial Purposes.
Purchasing and downloading any of our digital content follows the same checkout process as buying physical items (minus any cost for free items).
1. Add the items you want to Cart.
2. Complete the Checkout process.
3. Immediately after checking out, you will receive a link to download your content via our Website and in your confirmation Email.
4. Click on the download link to view your content and save it to your Device. The download file will be in JPEG format (meaning it will save as an image).
5. Print out and enjoy!

Store Gift Cards
Gift Cards for our Store are digital (meaning no physical cards will be sent to the consumer) and can be enjoyed with no expiration date. Gift Card purchases follow the same checkout process as buying physical items.
1. Open the Gift Card product page, choose your desired amount, and add the product to Cart.
2. Complete the Checkout process.
3. Immediately after checking out, you will receive your digital Gift Card via Email containing your unique Gift Card Number and instructions on how to use it.
4. If the Gift Card has been purchased for someone else, you could forward them the Confirmation Email or alternatively print it out to gift to them.
5. Use the Gift Card towards any online purchases within our Store by entering the unique Gift Card Number in the appropriate field during checkout (prices and totals will be calculated and deducted automatically).
