RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned so, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, you are always welcome to return it and receive compensation. Returns must be made to AS LONG AS ITS TODAY® within 30 days of purchase and be returned in its originally received condition. The returning of any products that a customer claims is damaged or faulty is required before compensation can be processed as unfortunately false claims for compensation can occur.
1. Refund Options
We offer the following methods of compensation:
You are free to choose your preferred compensation however, we reserve the right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons creating difficulties or inconveniences whether for AS LONG AS ITS TODAY® or for customers.
2. How to Return a Purchased Item
If you are needing to return your purchase, please contact us by using the contact details and options we have provided on our Website and include your Name, Order Number, and reason for requesting a Replacement or Refund. We also ask that you please attach photos of any damages or faults you are advising us of so we can properly assess the situation.
Once you have notified us with the relevant details, we will email you a Prepaid Return Post Label. Simply repackage the item you’re returning and take it to any Post Office within 30 days of purchase. Because the return postage will be be paid by us, you will be compensated (either by Replacement or Refund) minus the fees paid for postage.
3. What Happens Next?
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your returned order and have processed your Replacement or Refund. For replacements, we will package your new item and have it posted within one business day and for money refunds, you will receive compensation within 5 business days to the original payment method used on our Website for your purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions
We do not accept returns or refunds for any “change of mind” purchases. This includes but is not limited to anything relating to a design, design personalisation, or materials used to create products.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
