SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

1. Shipping

We offer both Standard and Express Shipping with all of our parcels sent through Australia Post. Shipping costs are charged as a flat-rate per order. Standard Shipping is $5.00 per order and Express Post is $10.00 per order (unless otherwise stated or discounted as part of a Promotion) and will automatically be applied and displayed during checkout.

Most of our products are “Made to Order” (especially if personalised) and require 1-2 days to create and manufacture. All orders are therefore shipped within 1-2 business days with any orders placed on Friday or Saturday being posted on Monday, and any orders placed on Sunday being posted on Monday or Tuesday (depending on order volume and the time the order was placed).

While most parcels arrive quickly, it is always possible there may be delays due to location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow 2-5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Express Post to receive your order.

Our business is run entirely in Australia with all of our products created, manufactured and shipped from Ipswich, Queensland.

We currently deliver within Australia only.

2. Payment Options

Below is a list of the payment options we currently provide on our Website. While we do our best to keep all information as accurate as possible, we can't guarantee that all payment information or instructions will be 100% accurate at the time of purchase. In this case, please feel free to contact us to inform us about the inaccuracy and we will take the necessary measures to correct the information.

If for some reason your card transaction or payment method isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or payment provider if you have any questions about this.

Card Payments

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards including Mastercard, Visa and Amex. To pay by card, please choose either PayPal or Square at checkout and follow the prompts.

PayPal Payments

To pay with PayPal:

Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.
You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Alternatively, you can checkout using PayPal without an account.
You will then be returned to AS LONG AS ITS TODAY® (you may be asked to confirm your order and payment one last time) and your order and payment will be complete!

Square Payments
For more information about Square, please visit their official Website.

To pay with Square:

Select Square as your payment method at checkout.
Enter the Debit/Credit card details you wish to use for the transaction in the secure form.
You will not be redirected to the Square website as everything is processed right there in the checkout.
Simply confirm and your order and payment will be complete!

Buy Now, Pay Later
We are happy to offer Afterpay as a Buy Now, Pay Later option. Use of these services requires a customer account which can be signed up for through Afterpay's official Website. To use Afterpay, simply choose this option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 instalments, paid every 2 weeks. Pay nothing extra when you pay on time. Instant approval decision. Late fees and additional eligibility criteria apply. The first payment may be due at the time of purchase.

Afterpay is not available for Gift Card purchases.

Cardless (Mobile) Payments

Third-party payment services like Apple Pay or Google Pay are currently unavailable however, these payment methods may be made available in the future.

Gift Cards
You can use our Gift Cards online at our Website for purchases storewide. Gift Cards can be used to pay for your entire order or it can be combined with another payment method. Gift Cards are available for online use only.

To pay with a Gift Card:

At the checkout, a Gift Card input field can be found underneath your order subtotal.
Enter the Gift Card number and PIN code (if required) in the highlighted field.
Make sure to confirm to apply the gift card towards your purchase.
If the Gift Card covers the entire purchase amount, submit and your order is complete!If there is still a balance owing after inputing your Gift Card, you can choose another payment method to combine with your Gift Card to finish the transaction by paying the leftover balance.
